What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate with client IT / Security teams to integrate Jamf (Pro / Protect / Security Cloud) into existing system architecture
- Plan Apple device management and endpoint security strategies (Mac / iPhone / iPad) based on enterprise security and compliance requirements
- Execute Jamf product implementation, automation configuration, app distribution, compliance policy deployment, and compliance reporting
- Provide technical support during platform usage, helping clients troubleshoot issues
- Write delivery documentation: architecture / configuration descriptions, operation manuals, FAQs, acceptance and compliance reports
- Build and maintain internal knowledge base, documenting client cases, risk points, and best practices

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Familiar with macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Apple device operation and management logic
- Understanding of device security and security compliance basic concepts
- Understanding of networking basics and system administration logic
- Passion for problem-solving and motivation to learn new technologies, able to adapt to fast-changing startup client scenarios
- Good communication skills and service mindset, willing to be a trusted technical partner for clients
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing or using Jamf Pro / Jamf Protect / Jamf Security Cloud
- Familiar with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Configuration Profiles
- Participated in endpoint security / compliance related projects
- IT operations, network administration, system deployment, or SI / MSP consulting experience
- Jamf 200 / 300 / 370 / 400 certifications
