What You'll Do

Sales Support & Administrative Assistance

  • Assist sales with daily administrative tasks including data organization, document preparation, and process tracking
  • Support quotation, contract, and order documentation to ensure correct processes and smooth timelines
  • Help maintain sales-related data and records to ensure timely and consistent information

Client Communication & Process Support

  • Assist in responding to basic client inquiries or forward organized requests to relevant personnel
  • Help arrange meetings and record key points to ensure client and internal information synchronization
  • Support administrative and data needs during client collaboration processes

Project & Cross-department Support

  • Assist sales and project teams in organizing project-related information and progress
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams (sales / technical / project) to complete necessary support tasks
  • Help ensure administrative and process matters continue smoothly during project execution

Data Organization & Process Optimization Support

  • Help compile sales data, client information, and partnership records
  • Participate in internal process optimization and system establishment to improve sales support efficiency
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining sales-related documents and operational guidelines

  • Sense of responsibility, able to be a stable and reliable support role in the team

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience as sales assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role
  • Familiar with quotation, contract, order, or sales process operations
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets / document organization skills
  • Work experience in B2B, tech industry, or project-based companies
