What You'll Do

Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end delivery project lifecycle
  • Conduct requirement interviews and scope definition with clients, establish project goals, timeline, and deliverables
  • Plan project schedule (WBS, milestones, resource allocation, risk/change management) and continuously track progress

Team Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate internal technical team assignments and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage project communication rhythm: kick-off meetings, regular meetings, progress reports, acceptance meetings
  • Cross-department collaboration for smooth transitions from proposal to delivery, delivery to operations

Quality Control & Optimization

  • Control project quality and delivery standards (SOP, acceptance criteria, documentation, client sign-off)
  • Track project costs and effort estimates to maintain project health
  • Project closure and retrospectives, documenting replicable cases, continuously optimizing processes and templates

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery project lifecycle
  • Conduct requirement interviews and scope definition with clients, establish project goals, timeline, and deliverables
  • Plan project schedule (WBS, milestones, resource allocation, risk/change management) and continuously track progress
  • Coordinate internal technical team assignments and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage project communication rhythm, such as hosting kick-off, regular meetings, progress reports, and acceptance meetings
  • Control project quality and delivery standards (SOP, acceptance criteria, documentation, and client sign-off)
  • Adjust plans and coordinate resources in real-time for common startup client scenarios
  • Track project costs and effort estimates to maintain project health
  • Cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth transition from proposal to delivery, delivery to operations
  • Responsible for project closure and retrospectives, documenting replicable cases, continuously optimizing processes and templates
  • Help establish/optimize project management systems and tools (Notion / Jira / Asana / Trello, etc.)
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor and project-related duties

Requirements

  • Strong English skills for fluent communication and documentation
  • 3+ years of project management or delivery service experience in IT/security industries (SI / MSP / IT / Security / Network / Software-Hardware implementation)
  • Strong timeline, resource, risk, and change management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to translate requirements and drive decisions between clients and technical teams
  • Logical thinking and problem decomposition abilities, maintaining project stability while managing multiple parallel tracks
  • Familiar with project management tools and documentation processes, emphasizing delivery quality and customer experience
  • Adaptable to startup client pace

Nice to Have

  • Enterprise network, Firewall / Wi-Fi, or MDM / Jamf / Apple device management project experience
  • Familiar with IT fundamentals, able to communicate seamlessly with engineers
  • Pre-sales to delivery transition experience (proposal to project, PoC to formal implementation)
  • PMP / Agile / Scrum or similar methodology practical experience
  • English communication skills
