What You'll Do
Network Planning & Deployment
- Plan and build enterprise network environments, conduct functional testing, configuration, and documentation
- Conduct site surveys of client network environments, provide planning recommendations for sales team
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Analyze and monitor network performance and anomalies, perform fault prediction and troubleshooting
- Execute remote or on-site support based on service requests, and write processing records
Optimization & Collaboration
- Propose optimization and improvement suggestions for client network environments
- Assist cross-department project technical support and network collaboration integration

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proficient in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT and other core network protocols
- Practical experience in network deployment, management, and troubleshooting
- Able to independently deploy wired and wireless network equipment
- Able to independently troubleshoot client network issues
- Ability to draw network architecture diagrams and clearly explain to clients
- CCNA certification required
- Detail-oriented, self-managing, able to complete tasks independently
- Passionate about IT technology, willing to face challenges and continuously learn
Nice to Have
- Effective communication with non-technical personnel, clarifying problems and requirements
- CCNP or other network-related certifications
