What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead NaaS architecture design and delivery for clients
- Execute full project lifecycle: Design → Build → Acceptance → Documentation → Operations
- Build and maintain LAN / WAN / WLAN / Firewall / VPN
- Deploy and harden firewalls primarily with Palo Alto / Fortinet, including policy design
- Plan network segmentation, guest networks, security controls, and scalable architecture
- Wi-Fi / RF planning and on-site tuning for Aruba / Ruckus equipment
- Perform L2 - L7 troubleshooting, help establish standardized operations and troubleshooting SOPs
- Plan monitoring / alerting / reporting to support SLA and health checks
- Drive configuration templating to improve delivery efficiency

Responsibilities
- Lead NaaS architecture design and delivery for clients

- Build and maintain LAN / WAN / WLAN / Firewall / VPN
- Deploy firewalls primarily with Palo Alto / Fortinet, including policy design and security hardening
- Plan network segmentation, guest networks, security controls, and scalable architecture based on requirements
- Wi-Fi / RF planning and on-site tuning for Aruba / Ruckus equipment
- Perform L2 - L7 troubleshooting, help establish standardized operations and troubleshooting SOPs
- Plan monitoring / alerting / reporting to support SLA and health checks
- Drive configuration templating to improve delivery efficiency
- Cross-department collaboration and other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise network / firewall / Wi-Fi deployment and operations project experience
- Proficient in Routing / Switching, Firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi, network segmentation and security concepts
- Able to independently complete full projects from design to delivery
- On-site coordination and client communication skills
- Clear documentation writing with focus on operability
Nice to Have
- Familiar with all or some of Palo Alto / Fortinet / Aruba / Ruckus / Cisco / Mikrotik brands
- SASE / Zero Trust / SD-WAN implementation experience
- Certifications such as CCNP / PCNSE / Aruba ACMP
- Core delivery role experience in MSP / SI teams
