About This Role

This position includes both office and field work hours. During office hours, you'll assist project engineers with warehouse material maintenance and equipment configuration. During field hours, you'll help with on-site equipment installation, cabling, and related tasks to ensure projects are completed successfully. Office work is in an air-conditioned environment, while field work takes place at event venues across various cities (mostly within Taipei area).

What You'll Do

Office Work

  • Assist with warehouse material organization and maintenance
  • Help configure and set up equipment
  • Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming projects

Field Work

  • Assist with on-site equipment installation
  • Help with cabling and network setup
  • Support project engineers during event execution

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Long-term commitment available, at least 6 months
  • Available for fixed daytime shifts on weekdays, minimum 16 hours per week
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring work meets expectations
  • Basic IT/networking knowledge, or willingness to learn
  • Flexible availability based on project schedules
  • Strong teamwork and internal/external communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Interest in network equipment operation/configuration/maintenance
  • IT or networking certifications
  • Familiar with Google Drive and document tools
  • Familiar with macOS and PowerPoint/Keynote software
