What You'll Do

Administrative Support

  • Assist with daily business administrative tasks and documentation (quotes, contracts, orders, etc.), ensuring correct processes and smooth timelines
  • Organize and maintain business data and collaboration records, ensuring timely and consistent information

Client & Communication Support

  • Respond to basic client needs, assist with meeting arrangements and key notes
  • Support client and internal information synchronization

Process Optimization

  • Support project information organization and cross-department collaboration
  • Help optimize business-related processes and documentation systems, improving overall operational efficiency and quality

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily business administrative tasks and documentation (quotes, contracts, orders, etc.), ensuring correct processes and smooth timelines
  • Organize and maintain business data and collaboration records, ensuring timely and consistent information
  • Respond to basic client needs, assist with meeting arrangements and key notes, support client and internal information synchronization
  • Support project information organization and cross-department collaboration, ensuring smooth administrative and process matters during execution
  • Help optimize business-related processes and documentation systems, improving overall operational efficiency and quality
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • 1+ year of work experience, business assistant, project assistant, customer support, or operations background preferred
  • Good communication and expression skills, skilled at collaborating with clients and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented with sense of responsibility, able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality
  • Familiar with office tools (Google Workspace / PowerPoint / Excel)
  • Basic English writing and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • SaaS, B2B, or technology industry experience
  • Familiar with project collaboration tools (Notion, Asana, Jira)
  • Basic understanding of Customer Success or project management
