What You'll Do

Business Development & Sales

  • Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, business negotiations, proposal presentations, pricing discussions, and contract signing
  • Propose insightful and feasible solutions based on different client needs to facilitate partnerships
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, continuously optimize client acquisition and closing efficiency

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, project, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth project progression
  • Communicate and track client collaboration progress, ensuring execution quality and timeline meet expectations

Business Growth

  • Help plan and drive new business models or partnership opportunities to promote revenue growth
  • Support business-related tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B business development, sales planning, consultative sales, or related experience
  • Logical thinking and strong presentation skills, able to clearly express ideas and respond to client needs
  • Familiar with client relationship management, requirement interviews, and proposal processes
  • Able to collaborate across departments and drive cross-team tasks with good team communication skills
  • Proficient in office tools (Google Workspace / PowerPoint / Excel)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, IT consulting services, enterprise solutions, or startup industries
  • Consultative Selling or solution-based sales experience
  • Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience in business model design or new product go-to-market initiatives
