What You'll Do
Business Development & Sales
- Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, business negotiations, proposal presentations, pricing discussions, and contract signing
- Propose insightful and feasible solutions based on different client needs to facilitate partnerships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, continuously optimize client acquisition and closing efficiency
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, project, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth project progression
- Communicate and track client collaboration progress, ensuring execution quality and timeline meet expectations
Business Growth
- Help plan and drive new business models or partnership opportunities to promote revenue growth
- Support business-related tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B business development, sales planning, consultative sales, or related experience
- Logical thinking and strong presentation skills, able to clearly express ideas and respond to client needs
- Familiar with client relationship management, requirement interviews, and proposal processes
- Able to collaborate across departments and drive cross-team tasks with good team communication skills
- Proficient in office tools (Google Workspace / PowerPoint / Excel)
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, IT consulting services, enterprise solutions, or startup industries
- Consultative Selling or solution-based sales experience
- Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience in business model design or new product go-to-market initiatives
