About Speeding Rocket
Founded in 2015, Speeding Rocket serves as both an e-commerce platform architect and fragrance brand owner, currently operating three services.
Initially, Speeding Rocket sold their own fragrance brand through a one-page website. Later, they spun off the One-Page Shop e-commerce platform architecture as a separate service under Speeding Rocket. Subsequently, their Rocket Express service, originally used to manage their own sales and logistics, was also opened to customers.
After this brief introduction to Speeding Rocket, we're pleased to invite Eddie, co-founder of Speeding Rocket, to share his experience working with KlickKlack through Q&A format.
Q: Your company has offices in both Taipei and Kaohsiung. Are there any special network connectivity requirements?
Our current team size is about 100 people, and different departments have different network needs. In practice, our design and marketing departments have the highest file transfer volumes and are most sensitive to network speeds.
Additionally, Speeding Rocket has two offices in Taipei and Kaohsiung, plus retail stores, warehouses, and an IDC (Internet Data Center).
To maintain smooth business operations, KlickKlack needed to connect all locations to our corporate network while meeting low latency and stable speed requirements. This made the overall network architecture very complex, demonstrating KlickKlack's professional capabilities.
Q: How did you set up your network before working with KlickKlack? Did you encounter any difficulties?
In our startup phase, since I'm an engineer myself, we handled network issues ourselves. However, as we scaled up, professional IT problems became increasingly difficult to solve. Based on recommendations from friends, we eventually found KlickKlack.
Q: How long did the office network setup process take when working with KlickKlack?
Our partnership with KlickKlack has now entered its second year. When we first contacted them, they immediately sent people to conduct site surveys in both Taipei and Kaohsiung. During the survey, we mentioned our requirements and initially thought the overall network architecture would be similar to what we had envisioned. However, after discussing with KlickKlack, we realized that the network architecture spanning north-south Taiwan, retail stores, and warehouses was quite complex—something our own team could never have accomplished alone.

Q: What are the benefits of the subscription model?
Initially, when calculating costs, we thought the subscription model was more expensive. But looking at it long-term, it's actually quite cost-effective because during the contract period, you essentially have a professional IT outsourcing team constantly maintaining your network quality.
Sometimes slow speeds aren't due to equipment issues—they can be resolved by adjusting network settings in real-time. Without KlickKlack, we simply couldn't handle these situations.
KlickKlack's subscription contract is also very flexible. If our network needs change, we can immediately modify the contract without being locked in. For example, our ERP system was previously located in our Kaohsiung office, but when we wanted to move it to the IDC, we could adjust this anytime under the subscription contract.

Q: Have you encountered any network issues? How did KlickKlack resolve them?
So far, we haven't encountered any major issues. Occasionally, employees report poor signal, and KlickKlack handles it immediately.
Q: Did it meet your expectations?
Since our partnership began, the best thing is not having to worry about network conditions anymore. Whether our company opens new locations or expands the team, whenever there's a network issue, we just hand it over to KlickKlack.
Q: What KlickKlack services do you like most?
My two favorite things about KlickKlack are: first, contract customization. As mentioned earlier, our network architecture is quite complex, and KlickKlack can plan and build entirely according to our needs.
