Q: How big is your current office?
Our total headcount exceeds 50 people, with more than half being engineers. Since we use cloud servers, we have higher requirements for network speed and stability.
Q: Why did you choose to work with KlickKlack?
Because we had already worked with KlickKlack at our previous company, and the past collaboration went very smoothly, we decided to entrust our network issues to KlickKlack again.
Q: How long did the office network setup process take when working with KlickKlack?
This time we reached out to KlickKlack for help with our new office network setup under relatively tight timelines. We hadn't planned for networking during the renovation of our new office, so about 2 weeks before moving in, we urgently requested KlickKlack's assistance.
The collaboration process was very fast. After understanding our requirements through their sales team, KlickKlack scheduled a site survey, provided a quote, and signed the contract. They then scheduled the installation work. The entire process from initial contact to network launch took only 2-3 weeks. On the first day of operation, they also arranged for an engineer to be on-site to make real-time adjustments based on actual office network usage.

After Working with KlickKlack
Q: What are the benefits of the subscription model?
We believe the biggest advantage of KlickKlack's subscription model is the flexibility to adjust plans while being able to address network issues immediately—benefits that one-time purchase models lack. For example, when some engineers felt the network speed wasn't sufficient, we immediately reported it to KlickKlack, hoping to make real-time adjustments or upgrade our plan.
💡 KlickKlack Note: Under a subscription contract, if network abnormalities occur, the system will automatically switch to backup lines first. According to the contract terms, we will provide initial handling within the committed timeframe. If clients need faster response times, they can discuss with us, and we'll customize the contract content based on your needs.
Q: What do you like most about KlickKlack?
We found KlickKlack's installation work to be very efficient. Like this time when we asked for help on short notice, KlickKlack quickly arranged a time slot to get clients up and running with a good network environment as soon as possible.
At the same time, when network issues arise, their response is very fast. They handle issues first to keep clients working with minimal impact, and then resolve the problem.
