Q: What were the main network requirements for the career fair at Taipei Arena corridor?
Yourator's annual career fair invites many companies to exhibit and provides interactive presentation spaces for job seekers to learn about companies. This year alone, over 60 companies exhibited. Assuming each company brought two laptops, at least 120 computer devices needed Wi-Fi connectivity.
We also planned forum live streaming, which requires high upload speeds for stable HD output. Additionally, considering the venue layout, the Taipei Arena corridor is long and narrow, requiring comprehensive network coverage without dead zones, testing the IT provider's expertise.


Q: What network issues did you encounter before working with KlickKlack?
Since 2018, we've held 7 career fairs. For the first 5, we used incubator centers or startup coworking spaces, relying on their existing network equipment. However, as our scale grew and we added live streaming, these venues' network equipment became insufficient. We had to spend extra money renting equipment or temporary networks, putting considerable effort into IT network planning we weren't familiar with, and the network quality was quite unstable.
Due to growing scale, exhibitor numbers, and richer event content, we chose Taipei Arena corridor, which had no existing network equipment. We found KlickKlack with extensive event experience to handle our network planning, hoping to avoid spending so much effort on IT issues.

Q: Did it meet expectations?
The event went very smoothly, and the live streaming was seamless. One hour before the event started, we suddenly needed to adjust the traffic flow. KlickKlack immediately helped re-route all the network cables throughout the exhibition area. We felt embarrassed but very grateful for their service attitude, enabling the event to proceed smoothly. The results exceeded our expectations.
